Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat.
  • All refunds will be made after the meeting for administrative reasons. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • The cancellation form is available online. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation.
Before or on April 30, 2017 Full registration fee will be refunded
(But an administration fee of US$ 50 will be imposed.)
From May 1 to May 31, 2017 50% of full registration fee will be refunded
After June 1, 2017 No refund will be provided
  • If you do not attend the Conference without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
  • All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9).
  • Any abstracts submitted will be deleted once the registration cancellation is finalized.
Please read the Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to avoid any unintended disadvantages.
